Pricing: three plans, one service, from one to eight categories
Direct answer: Starter: one EPR category, €29 a month or €249 a year paid upfront. Pro: up to three categories, €59 a month or €590 a year. Complete: up to six categories, €89 a month or €890 a year, then €12 a month per additional category up to eight. Every plan is a 12-month plan with no setup fee; the service is the same, only the number of categories changes. Eco-contributions are invoiced by the eco-organisations and paid to them, separately.
Starter
1 category. For instance packaging alone, or electrical equipment alone.
Pro
Up to 3 categories. Packaging plus two more of your choice, under one mandate.
Complete
Up to 6 categories. Beyond six: €12 a month per additional category, up to 8. Beyond 6 categories, monthly billing only.
Everything included in every plan
- An authorised representative established in France (REP·Pro, Béziers, SIREN 108 271 586), named in a written mandate.
- Registration with the approved eco-organisation of each category you choose.
- Your unique identifier (IDU / UIN / EPR number) per category, forwarded as soon as the eco-organisation issues it.
- The annual declaration prepared and filed from the volumes you provide (and the quarterly or monthly ones where an eco-organisation requires them).
- The written mandate accepted online with a time-stamped tick box, countersigned, sent by e-mail.
- E-mail support from the representative, in English.
- The marking files (Triman, sorting instructions) published by your eco-organisation, forwarded to you; it is you who determine how marking applies to your packaging.
Separate from the plan: the eco-contributions. Each eco-organisation invoices them at its published rates; they are re-invoiced to you at cost, without any margin, and paid by you before they are passed on. No deposit.

FAQ
What does "12-month plan" mean?
The mandate runs for twelve months from acceptance. On the monthly plan you pay each month during those twelve months; on the annual plan you pay the year upfront. The mandate renews for twelve months unless either party gives written notice two months before the end of the term, as the mandate text says.
Is there a setup fee, a deposit or a hidden charge?
No setup fee, no deposit, no charge beyond the plan. The eco-contributions are not a charge of the service: the eco-organisations invoice them at their published rates and they are re-invoiced to you at cost.
Can I change plan when I add a category?
Yes: the plan follows the number of categories. Adding a fourth category moves you from Pro to Complete; the mandate is amended for the new category and the price changes from the next period.
Is French VAT added?
No. REP·Pro is under the French VAT exemption of article 293 B of the French Tax Code: the price displayed is the price paid. If your company has an EU VAT number, Stripe collects it at checkout for your invoice.
More than eight categories, or large volumes?
The volume plans stop at eight categories. Beyond that, for large volumes or if you need a dedicated contact and a quote, REP·Pro handles it directly: rep-pro.fr/mandataire.
