Refer a seller

Direct answer: Every client of MyEPR receives a referral code (REF-XXXXXX) in the confirmation e-mail sent after the mandate is accepted; it is also shown on the last screen of the tunnel. A seller you refer enters that code in the optional field of the categories screen. After the referred seller's first payment, the referrer receives one month credited on its own plan, applied by REP·Pro in Stripe. The referred seller pays the published price; nothing changes for it.

How it works, in three steps

  1. You hold a code. It is in your confirmation e-mail and on the last screen of the tunnel: REF followed by six characters.
  2. A seller you know enters it. On the categories screen of the tunnel there is an optional field « Referral code »; the short link myepr.fr/r/REF-XXXXXX fills it in.
  3. After that seller's first payment, one month is credited to you. REP·Pro applies it in Stripe to your plan and writes to you when it is done.

What the rule does not do

It does not change the referred seller's price: that seller pays the published price of the pricing page, nothing less and nothing more. It does not shorten anyone's 12-month plan. It is not a payment to the referrer: it is one month of its own plan credited.

The rule is written here in full and is the only one. If REP·Pro changes it, this page changes first; codes already issued keep the rule in force on the day they were used.

FAQ

Where do I find my code?

In the confirmation e-mail sent after you accept the mandate, and on the screen that follows your documents (/start/done). The code has the form REF-XXXXXX.

What does the referred seller get?

The published price, exactly as on the pricing page. The referral changes nothing for the referred seller; the reward goes to the referrer.

When is the month credited?

After the referred seller's first payment has been confirmed by Stripe. REP·Pro applies the credit to the referrer's subscription in Stripe; it is a manual step, and the referrer is told by e-mail when it is done.

Can a code be used several times?

Yes: each new referred seller who pays credits one month to the referrer. A code cannot be used by its own holder.

Is there a short link?

Yes: myepr.fr/r/REF-XXXXXX opens the tunnel with the code already filled in.
